Overview of THERM-A-GAP PAD 60

THERM-A-GAP PAD 60 is an ultra-soft, ultra-conformable, thermally conductive gap filler pad engineered for demanding electronic applications. With a thermal conductivity of 6.0 W/m-K, it delivers efficient heat dissipation while maintaining excellent compliance across uneven surfaces, small gaps, and rough textures.

The PAD 60A version incorporates an aluminum-foil carrier with pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA), simplifying assembly and ensuring secure, permanent adhesion during device manufacturing.
