Molded Sheet Stock
NEDC Sealing Solutions’ EMI shielding currently has in excess of 20 compounds available that offer special performance characteristics to insure that the correct performance needs are addressed for your application. We are certified to produce sheets of material to the MIL-DTL-83528 standard for Types A, B, C, D, F, G, K, L, M. If a special compound is needed, we have a Materials Specialist on board with over 40 years of experience in developing unique compounds for special applications. NEDC Sealing Solutions also offers ways to utilize its unique manufacturing capabilities to reduce the overall cost of conductive gasketing as well as EMI/RFI shielding needs. Because we have the capability to mold sheets of material in-house, we can mold sheets to custom thicknesses as needed.
