Information ABLEBBOND 84-1 Electrically Conductive Pastes
These ABLEBOND 84-1 heat cured adhesives are used for die-attached. In addition, these die attach adhesives are silver filled. These ABLEBOND adhesives can be certified to MIL-STD-883 Method 5011. This is a circuit board specification for different types of products/designs in circuit boards. These adhesives offer an alternative to traditional soldering. In addition, they are one part adhesives- making it easy during assembly of customers.

While each of these conductive adhesive paste products offers different specializations including good thermal conductivity, and designed for low outgassing such as the gas in 84-1LMI. As another example 84-1LMIT is an astoundingly high 4.3 W/m-K for high performance applications.
