Laser Capabilities

With a our laser system we are able to produce gaskets from a wide variety of materials including paper, rubber, cork and plastic. Our laser has  precise control to cut curves and tight corners. Papers of varying thickness can also be laser engraved to produce unique effects. We are able to cut a varity thicknesses of acrylic, engravers plastic and other plastic materials with extreme precision. Laser cutting creates a beautifully finished, clean edge on plastics.

Our systems are a non-contact solution for many general manufacturing applications. We can take an idea from design to finished product in one step and quickly introduce and evaluate changes in a production environment. With our laser systems being non-contact, there is no need to maintain tools or compensate for continual tool wear.

Our machine does precise cuts and sharp curves are easy to produce with our laser system. We are able to produce specialty die cuts and perform multiple processes in the same work area, including through-cutting, kiss-cutting, perforating and scoring.

Plastic, including acrylic, can be laser marked, engraved and cut to controllable depths while maintaining tight tolerances. Some plastics are designed to work specifically with CO2 lasers to achieve optimum results.
