New England Die Cutting/American EMI Solutions EMI shielding conductive fabric over foam gaskets are ideal for a variety of applications that require a low cost shielding alternative and have little or no environmental concerns.New England Die Cutting/American EMI Solutions EMI shielding gaskets are non-abrasive to conductively plated and painted surfaces and offer excellent galvanic compatibility with a wide range of surfaces. Several types of core and external materials are available that offer UL94V0 or UL94HB rating.

New England Die Cutting/American EMI Solutions offers over 100 different profiles to meet all of your shielding needs. These gaskets can be cut to almost any length in excess of .250" and are available in rectangular to C-fold to D-shape, L-shape, P-shape, U-shape. Conductive Fabric Over foam gaskets can be attached using pressure sensitive adhesive, clips, plastic rivets or can be die-cut with mounting holes.
