New England Die Cutting is proud to announce it's latest acquisition of a Universal 100 watt CO2 18" x 32" Laser Die Cutting Machine with Air Assist. This machine offers the latest state of the art technology, which in turn allows New England Die Cutting to offer you the customer, more economical options for your R&D/prototype, and manufacturing costs.

The Universal Laser is programmable from DXF and DWG files, that with a push of a button will cut many intricate designs and shapes to the tightest of tolerances. What this does is allow you to make those many rev changes that sometimes occur in engineering a prototype design, but without the costly tooling charges of conventional steel rule dies that have to be re-knifed every time you make a change.

From an ongoing manufacturing standpoint, it offers shorter lead times, due to it's programmability, and cuts parts with minimal waste of material., thus maximizing the yield of finished product out of the material purchased for the job.

Another intriguing feature is its capabilities of etching letters, logos, emblems, etc. of variable depths, in a variety of materials.
