Thermal Phase Change materials can be supplied in varying thicknesses and performance characteristics. They can be die-cut to special shapes that are required for your application. Thermal Change Materials change from a solid to a semi-solid which significantly enhances the thermal performance and ability to transfer heat from on surface to another by filling in all of the voids between the two surfaces. Phase change materials provide excellent thermal coupling between PCB components and heat sinks. Phase change products provide high performance heat transfer and are much easier and cleaner to work with than thermal greases.

Thermally Conductive Electrically Isolating materials are materials that provide thermal transfer and electrical isolation where minimal interface gaps exist. These materials offer high thermal transfer, effective electrical isolation and are resistant to punctures. These materials are typically used in power supplies and amplifiers where the combination of puncture resistance and high thermal transfer and electrical isolation are required. Thermally Conductive Electrically Isolating materials can be supplied in varying thicknesses and performance characteristics. They can be die-cut to special shapes that are required for your application.
Thermal Tapes are thermally conductive pressure sensitive adhesive tapes. These tapes can be used in place of mechanical fasteners and will also provide excellent thermal coupling. These tapes offer excellent adhesion, are flame retardant and offer excellent thermal conductors.
